Lot 182 - Mitchell House

Located in Stage 4 of Cashmere Estate Mitchell House embraces the sun and the uninterrupted views across the wetlands and beyond. Lot 107 - Arrow House

The Arrow House is prominently positioned on the corner of Cashmere Estate’s Stage 3A. The site’s unique wedge shape presented the design team with an opportunity to maximise the almost 270 degree views across the wetlands and reserve adjacent. From inside to out, this house explores concepts of “light and bright” which are reinforced by the beautiful light brick and cedar cladding tones.
